Hello I'm:
A human centric, curious, creative problem solver, eager to innovate a better world for people.
I’m a Psychology with Innovation master’s graduate who believes services shouldn’t just function — they should seamlessly empower. Driven by a need to shape the world for the better, I use behavioural insight, co-creation, and bold creativity to design services that are intuitive, impactful, and human-first.

From co-founding a psychology-informed start-up at university, to, leading consultancy projects within public and private sectors, I leverage systems thinking, storytelling, and regenerative design. As President of the Innovation Society, I have orchestrated design sprints, talks, and events that gave young changemakers the opportunity to create, fail, learn, and collaborate.
Service design, for me, is ultimately about people - understanding drives them, asking deeper questions, and staying agile to design with empathy and intention, especially in a rapidly evolving global and digital landscape.
My curiosity and hunger for learning and growth have fuelled years of travel and diverse experiences- always purposely throwing myself out of my comfort zone. Across cultures, I have worked in teaching, sales, hospitality and hosted my podcast, which explores insights from deeper daily questions. I’ve honed a communication style that’s clear, energised, and grounded, whether facilitating discussions or connecting with diverse audiences. Throughout negotiating lettings and charity fundraising under pressure and adapting to new challenges, I have strived to remain resilient, creative and agile.
You’ll often find me dancing, performing drama, writing poetry, or on the pickleball court. I value humour and play — not just for enjoyment, but as catalysts for creativity, connection, and co-creation.
If you’re looking for someone who leads with social purpose, thinks like a psychologist and designs like a collaborative entrepreneur, I’d love to connect.
